Mammography and Vertebroplasty product lines are marching ahead

Summer has arrived and with it, vacation time. Before departing for our well deserved holidays, we wanted to take a look at our results: How did we do in the first six months? Are we within the plan? The Somatex team had set high goals for itself for 2007. The first look at the results before the summer break showed that these goals are within grasp despite their height. An increase in sales of 10 percent compared to the same period of last year makes it much easier to relax during the summer break! We are especially happy about the resounding success of our new products (Tumark Professional, DUO-System PREMIUM and the All-inclusive-Packages for Vertebroplasty). Since their introduction at the start of the year, they have already contributed 15 percent to total sales, and they continue to rise.

Above-average growth can also be seen in the Mammography/ Tumor Marking and Vertebroplasty product lines. With an increase of more than 20 percent, they have become the front runners of our company.

Therefore, in addition to the regular "Vertebroplasty" feature, this time with a focus on "Fracture Calssifications" by our product manager, Mr. Weise we introduce you to our complete Mammography/ Tumor Marking product line today.

DUO-System PREMIUM is particularly userfriendly for ultrasound treatments as it can be used single-handedly. Tumark Professional - The innovative marker system

With Tumark tumors can be marked in a gentle way and with minimum invasion before cytostatic or radiation treatment begins. Following successful chemo or radiation therapy, the tissue area concerned can be reliably and quickly found again. Somatex offers two different systems in two versions: standard and MRI compatible. The marker is MRI compatible up to 3 Tesla in any case. Specially feature of Tumark Professional is the new ergonomic handle for single-handed operation. The design of the marker is also different. The special U-design is ideally suited for marking a biopsy sample removal point after vacuum biopsy.
