SOFT-DRAINAGE-SET SELDINGER-TECHNIQUE 

The Seldinger SOMATEX® soft drainage set allows percutaneous drainage using the guide wire technique. It is particularly suitable for the treatment of localisations that are deep lying or are difficult to reach.

It excels through the following advantages:

  • Drainage catheters are produced from soft and unbendable polyurethane.
  • The high barium sulphate content provides good x-ray contrast.
  • The surface of the catheter is extremely smooth.
  • The large oval eyes on the side allow the best-possible drainage.
